Open-weave waffle, built to breathe

The waffle weave traps enough air to warm a cot in a 55°F trailer and opens enough to shed heat in a 75°F bunk. One blanket, three seasons, no night sweats.

100% cotton, nothing else

Long-staple combed cotton, ring-spun, dobby-bound edge. No poly filler, no microfiber finish. Softens with every wash instead of pilling apart.

Survives industrial laundry

Pre-shrunk and bleach-safe. Runs through a 160°F commercial wash and a high-heat tunnel dryer without losing size. We tested to 50 cycles — stitching and selvage both held.

Cot-sized, polybagged, case-ready

66” × 90” covers a standard jobsite cot or a twin bunk. Individually polybagged and packed six to a master carton — stacks neatly in a linen closet, a supply trailer, or a storm-kit pallet.

One size. Sized to twin / standard cot. For full or queen beds use as a top-layer throw rather than a primary blanket.

How to measure

Size
66” × 90” is the US hospitality / cot-blanket standard. Covers a twin bunk lengthwise with a few inches of tuck, or a standard 30” × 75” jobsite cot with generous drape on both sides.
Weight
2.5 lb is the heavyweight end of the open-weave class — heavier than a typical hotel "thermal" blanket (usually 1.8–2.0 lb) and closer to a true cot-grade layer.
