Open-weave waffle, built to breathe
The waffle weave traps enough air to warm a cot in a 55°F trailer and opens enough to shed heat in a 75°F bunk. One blanket, three seasons, no night sweats.

Bunkhouse-grade thermal blanket for jobsite crew rest. 100% long-staple combed cotton in a heavyweight 2.5 lb open-weave waffle construction, sized to a standard twin cot at 66" x 90". Breathes through summer bunks, layers warm through winter trailers, and survives a commercial laundry cycle at 160F without shrinking past 4%. Pre-shrunk, bleach-safe, dobby-bound selvage. Polybagged individually and packed six to a master carton — built for supply trailers, storm kits, workforce housing, and any crew that sleeps where they work.

Long-staple combed cotton, ring-spun, dobby-bound edge. No poly filler, no microfiber finish. Softens with every wash instead of pilling apart.
Pre-shrunk and bleach-safe. Runs through a 160°F commercial wash and a high-heat tunnel dryer without losing size. We tested to 50 cycles — stitching and selvage both held.
66” × 90” covers a standard jobsite cot or a twin bunk. Individually polybagged and packed six to a master carton — stacks neatly in a linen closet, a supply trailer, or a storm-kit pallet.
One size. Sized to twin / standard cot. For full or queen beds use as a top-layer throw rather than a primary blanket.
