Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Iron Bound Safety Co. (“Iron Bound,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing ironboundsafety.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. Accounts may be created for individuals or businesses.

Account responsibility

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at security@ironboundsafety.com of any unauthorized use.

We aim to describe each product accurately, including certifications such as ANSI/ISEA 107, NFPA 2112, and ASTM F1506. Colors and textures shown in photography may vary slightly from the physical product due to display and lighting.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, in rare cases, cancel orders affected by such errors. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation and, in the case of backordered or oversized items, when we charge your payment method.

We accept major credit cards and approved net-terms accounts for enterprise customers. We may refuse or limit orders that appear fraudulent, resale-only, or non-compliant with export controls.

Shipping

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Flat-rate ground shipping ($9.95) applies to all retail orders. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Unworn retail gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Custom-branded or altered enterprise orders are final sale. Defective product may be exchanged or refunded within 60 days of delivery — see the Warranty section below.

Enterprise orders (10+ units, custom branding, or net-terms billing) are governed by a separate Master Purchase Agreement and any applicable Statement of Work. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the MPA and SOW control.

Credit terms are subject to approval. Invoices are due NET-30 unless otherwise stated. Late balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.

The Iron Bound Safety name, shield mark, IRONWEAVE™, Reflex Reflective™, and ClimateLock™ trademarks, along with all site content, are owned by Iron Bound Safety Co. or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any submissions you send us (photos, reviews, testimonials), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them in marketing and support materials.

Iron Bound products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of delivery. Defective units will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from modifications. It is the only express warranty we offer.

Except as stated in the warranty above, the site and all products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Bound Safety Co., its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid Iron Bound in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
