Five-point breakaway safety vest engineered for flaggers, scanner-operators, and any crew working near moving equipment. Neon lime polyester mesh breathes through the shift and meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class 2 Type R at 2-inch silver reflective tape on both shoulders, a horizontal torso band, and two vertical stripes running the front panels. Five hook-and-loop breakaway release points — two shoulders, both sides, and center front — clear the body the instant a strap snags. Interior chest carries a clear vinyl ID badge pocket with tether grommets; two lower hand pockets keep clipboards, radios, and scanners in reach. Sized S–5XL. Not flame-resistant.
Two shoulders, both side seams, and the center-front placket all release on a hard pull. If a strap snags on a forklift fork, a conveyor flight, or a piece of moving equipment the vest tears clear of the body instead of pulling the wearer in. Reattach the hook-and-loop in seconds and keep working.
2" silver reflective tape runs across both shoulders, around the torso, and up both front panels — the layout flaggers, scanner-operators, and night-shift crews need to be seen from any angle around moving traffic or yard equipment.
Open-knit mesh body breathes through 90°F shifts under a hardhat and tool belt. The mesh is heavyweight enough to hold the reflective tape flat without curling, light enough that it disappears under a winter shell when the season turns.
Interior chest carries a clear vinyl ID badge pocket with tether grommets for site credentials. Two lower exterior pockets hold a clipboard, a radio, or a tethered scanner. Sized S–5XL so a 5′5″ flagger and a 6′5″ rigger both get the right fit.
